On January 13, 2022, the Justice Department announced Clifford White’s retirement, the Director of the Justice Department’s U.S. Trustee Program (USTP), effective March 31, 2022. Could the retirement of USTP Director Clifford White be a precursor to dynamic change within the program? What’s the potential impact on bankruptcy case administration and enforcement?
